The short version: we ask for as little as we can

What we collect
When you place an order, we ask for:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your address — for a delivery so we can bring your order, and for a pickup so we know roughly where our customers are coming from
- Your order, and the day and time you chose
- Anything you write in the notes box, including allergies you choose to tell us about
If you use the contact form instead, we collect your name, email, phone and whatever you tell us about your event.
Your card details never touch this site
When you pay, we hand you over to Stripe, and the card form you fill in is theirs, on their servers. We never see, receive or store your card number. What we get back from Stripe is the amount paid and confirmation that it went through.
Why we collect it
To bake and hand over your order, and nothing else. Your name and order so we know what to make, your time slot so it's ready when you arrive, your email so we can confirm and remind you, your phone in case something goes wrong on the day, and your allergy notes so we can keep you safe.
We don't sell your information, we don't share it for anyone else's advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Three services, each doing one job:
- Stripe takes the payment and keeps a record of the order attached to it.
- Resend delivers the emails we send you.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps ordinary server logs.
We may also share information where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. Nothing follows you around after you leave.
How long we keep it
Order records stay with Stripe for as long as we need them for our accounts and tax records. Order emails stay in our inbox. We keep neither longer than we need to.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will — except where we're required to keep a record of a sale for tax purposes. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Children
This shop is meant for adults placing orders. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we have, tell us and we'll remove it.
Where we are
Coyote Flower is a home bakery in Southeast Tucson, Arizona. Questions about any of this go to the contact form.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will tell you when.
