Ordering
- How does ordering work?
- Everything is baked to order in weekly batches. You choose what you want and which week you want it, and it's ready that Friday. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you.
- When do orders close?
- Orders for each week close Wednesday at 10:00 pm. Anything after that goes into the following week's batch.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Yes, and you only need to clear one of them: 3 cake pops, 2 krispie treats, or a loaf. Mix and match freely above that.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- No. Once an order is in, it's in that week's bake — the shopping and prep happen around it. Please double-check your order before submitting. If something is genuinely wrong, get in touch and we'll do what we can, but changes aren't guaranteed.
- Do you offer refunds?
- No. Everything is made fresh for your order specifically, so it can't be resold. If something arrives wrong or damaged, tell us the same day and we'll make it right — and if that means a refund, it goes back to the card you paid with.
- How do I pay?
- By card, when you order. The last step hands you over to Stripe, who handle the payment on their own secure page — your card details go to them and never touch this site. Your spot in the batch is confirmed the moment it goes through, and Stripe emails you a receipt.
- Do you take custom or event orders?
- Yes — birthdays, showers, larger themed boxes. Send us the details and we'll work it out with you.
Pickup & delivery
- Where do I pick up?
- Southeast Tucson. The exact address and parking directions are on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email, and we send them again on the morning of your pickup so you aren't hunting for them.
- When do I pick up?
- Friday morning, in a fifteen minute window you choose when you order — anywhere between 6:30 – 11:30 AM. Picking a slot means your box is boxed and waiting rather than you standing around.
- What if I can't make my pickup time?
- Message us as early as you can and we'll try to sort out another time that Friday. We can't hold orders past the day they're baked — they're at their best the day you get them, and there's another batch behind yours.
- Do you deliver?
- Yes, Fridays, within 15 miles of central Tucson, for a flat $8.00. Your order arrives by 10:00 pm — choose delivery when you order and we'll email you on the morning of.
- What does the delivery fee cover?
- The fee goes straight to your driver and to the insulated packaging that keeps everything frozen on the way to you — it isn't a markup on your treats.
- Why does my delivery arrive frozen?
- Everything is delivered frozen to protect freshness, so give it some time to thaw before digging in. It's how we keep everything at its best on a Tucson afternoon rather than handing you something that spent the day warming up in a car.
Ingredients & allergens
- What allergens should I know about?
- Everything we make contains dairy — butter is in all of it, krispie treats included. Cake pops and Greg's Special Loaf also contain eggs and wheat.
- Is anything gluten free?
- We can make the krispie treats without any gluten-containing ingredients — the cereal we use is gluten free, and we'll steer you away from the mix-ins that aren't, like pretzels. What we can't promise is a completely gluten-free kitchen: we bake with flour in the same space, so traces are always possible. Cake pops and the loaf both contain wheat.
- What about nuts and everything else?
- Most of it arrives with a choice you make: walnuts and pecans are nuts, chocolate usually carries soy and sometimes peanuts. Tell us who you're ordering for and we'll go through the exact ingredients with you before you order.
- Is everything made in the same kitchen?
- Yes — a home kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts and soy every week. Gluten-free cereal keeps gluten out of the recipe, but it can't keep flour out of the room, so we can't promise anything is free of traces. If you have celiac disease or a severe allergy, please talk to us before you order rather than after.
- Can you make something allergy-friendly?
- Ask us. Some things are possible with notice, some aren't, and we'll tell you honestly which is which rather than guess.
- How should I store them?
- Keep them somewhere cool and out of direct sun, and eat them within a couple of days. They're at their best the day you get them.
Still wondering something?
Especially about allergies — we'd rather answer than have you guess.
